This late-afternoon adventure offers you the chance to explore the nature around you in exciting and insightful ways.
Pioneering ecotherapy teacher Alasdair Taylor will share with you some simple and beautiful techniques of nature connection including meditation, movement and creative play which can bring you peace, joy, clarity and insight.
The session will finish with storytelling at sunset under a big tree, accompanied by Celtic harp, inviting you to experience the enchantment of the natural world which surrounds you – an unforgettable evening!
